Join us on November 14th at Famille Westminster for our Fall Wine Dinner.

Chef Lindsey Ryan has created a special fall inspired menu utilizing only the finest local seasonal ingredients. Each course has been expertly paired with an appropriate wine by our incredible team.

$125 per person + tax + 20% gratuity)

1st Course

Mussels

Hearty red pepper and tomato broth, andouille sausage, pickled peppers 

Pairing: Klinker Brick, Albariño, Lodi, California 2023  


2nd Course

Beet Pasta

Trio of red beet, gold beet and carrot pasta, brown butter herb sauce, arugula pesto, pickled raisin blend, pistachio crumble

Pairing: Domaine Baumard, Chenin Blanc “Clos des Papillon” Savennieres, France 2006 


3rd Course

Fall Fondue

Pumpkin and butternut squash fondue, roasted mushroom, crispy red potato wedges, grilled ciabatta, apple cured pork belly

Pairing: Chateau des Jacques, Moulin A Vent, Beaujolais, France 2021 ‘


4th Course

Elk

Elk Medallion, mushroom medley, dandelion greens, blackberry bordelaise, honeyed carrots

Pairing: Paul Jaboulet Aine “Les Jalets” Crozes-Hermitage, Rhone Valley, France 2022


5th Course

Blooming Pear

“blooming” pear, winter mint ice cream, hot fudge, white chocolate cookie crumble

Pairing: Quinta Noval, Late Bottle Vintage, Ruby Port 2016
